A Very Special Graduation: Discover Olga’s Story 🎓🎊
When our students succeed, we all succeed. A few weeks ago, we celebrated the wonderful graduation of Olga Quina, who completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy with a focus on Administration and Educational Evaluation. Keep reading to learn more about her story.
Olga is originally from Jocotenango and has lived her whole life in Vista Hermosa. She began her studies at the School of Hope when entered ninth-grade in 2011. In 2012, she began her High School studies in Teaching Program for Urban Primary Education, graduating in 2014.
After that, in 2015, she focused on studying an English Course. She later decided to continue her studies at university in 2016, enrolling in a Pedagogy and Psychology program, and succesfully graduated with a technical diploma in 2020. Due to personal circumstance, she was once again forced to take a pause in her studies. However, she never lost hope of fulfilling her dreams and completing her university studies.
In 2022, she finally resumed her studies, and just a few weeks ago Olga achieved her goal. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in in Pedagogy with a focus on Administration and Educational Evaluation.
Currently, Olga works as a fifth-grade primary teacher at The School of Hope, performing her role with great responsability, dedication and above all, with a lot of lover for our students.
